I’m interested in receiving clinical consultation/supervision. How do I get started?

Who offers which service?
Dr. Olatunji offers clinical consultation and supervision. Both Dr. Olatunji and Dr. Kim are available for individual psychotherapy.
How much do you charge for your services?
Please check out our Services page for details regarding pricing.
Is your team licensed?
Yes, both Dr. Olatunji and Dr. Kim are licensed by the TN Department of Health and the Board of Examiners of Psychology.
What is an evidence-based treatment?
An evidence-based treatment has been scientifically tested. Based on outcomes, it has been shown to be superior compared to other treatments and/or no treatment controls.
What types of payment do you take?
We can receive payment through Venmo. For established clients, we also send an invoice and receive direct payment via credit card.
I’d like to invite Dr. Olatunji to present on his research. How do I set this up?

Do you offer one-time consultation/supervision or ongoing?
We can do both!
Any geographical restrictions in the services you provide?
No restrictions are present for consultation/supervision or education. Under the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT®) Commission, individual therapy services are available for clients residing in 42 U.S. states.
What does it mean to be board certified?
Dr. Kim is board certified in behavioral and cognitive psychology by the American Board of Professional Psychology. This means she understands mental health from a cognitive and behavioral perspective and uses this lens to treat her patients. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is an evidence-based treatment for many mental health conditions, including anxiety-spectrum disorders, depression, insomnia, and post traumatic stress disorder. It is also one of the most effective ways to manage chronic medical conditions and related mental health difficulties.
Do you take insurance?
We are currently not taking any insurance. However, we can provide a Superbill, including a diagnosis and receipt of payment for services for clients to submit to their insurance company for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance company for details regarding reimbursement for out of network providers.
Are your services in person or telehealth?
Psychotherapy services are only offered using video conferencing. Consultation/supervision is also best offered using telehealth modalities. Presentations can be offered using video technology but in person options are available and can be discussed upon inquiry.
